What happens?

Your first session will include a consultation to discuss what you would like to achieve. All of your sessions will be tailored to you specifically and you will be given; a full explanation as to what you can expect during hypnosis and beyond and you will also be given an opportunity to ask any questions or voice any fears or misconceptions you may have.
During the therapy itself you will experience a heightened state of awareness where you work to rid yourself of any unwanted behaviours.

How will I feel?

It is an extremely relaxing and empowering experience, and we often refer to it as ‘a mind and body massage!’ During a healing hypnotic state, it is you who is in control. You are the driver and you cannot be made to do anything you do not want to do.  Hypnotic states are completely natural and you will enter a hypnotic state at various points throughout the day even. For example when you are watching tv, or just about to fall asleep, or just about to wake up and even when we are driving.  Have you ever driven somewhere and been unaware of how you got there? You entered a hypnotic state and your subconscious mind guided and protected you, getting you to where you needed to be safely. And the same can be said for hypnosis!




How does it work?

During a hypnotic state we can speak with your subconscious mind directly and access your long term memory.
Your subconscious retains information that is fed to it, thus the habits you have formed, the experiences you have felt, the memories you have created, are all held here.

Now how about if those habits, experiences and memories are negative and they affect your everyday life? You’ve held on to them and they cause you pain and anxiety. You may suffer from a lack of self esteem and/or confidence because of an experience from your past. Your subconscious mind has learnt a behaviour in order to deal with this experience and you then find yourself reacting in this same way towards future events.

The solution?
Use hypnotic techniques to speak directly to your subconscious mind and reframe your limiting behaviours.

How does it work?
We use imaginative language and powerful visualisations to appeal to your subconscious mind. Then, using the power of suggestion, we can reframe negative behaviours and allow you to feel; more focussed on your desired goals, becoming calmer, more confident and connected to your inner self!

Will it work?

All hypnosis is self hypnosis, therefore if you want to achieve your goals, overcome what is holding you back and release the fear built up inside your mind and body, there is no reason why it won’t work! You must be willing to change and if you are considering hypnotherapy then there is a good chance you are ready!

You can book a session with us by filling out the contact form on our website and we will then contact you to arrange a session.  You can discuss with us, the most appropriate session for you during our initial consultation treatment. From here we can devise your bespoke treatment plan together.
